gdb-mingw-w64 software package provides Cross-debugger for Win32 and Win64 using MinGW-w64, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gdb-mingw-w64
gdb-mingw-w64 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gdb-mingw-w64 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gdb-mingw-w64 *
You will get with gdb-mingw-w64 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
